Sharon and Phyllis are determined to solve their kidnapping case in The Young and the Restless.
The Young and the Restless‘ latest spoilers show the ladies discussing Chance Chancellor’s lead about their kidnapper. Chance learnt the remote-control triggering the gas leak was bought by an account linked to a clinic in Paris. The police decided to recheck the surveillance footage to identify the suspect. Nick observes Chance’s different reaction to Alan Laurent’s name. However, Sharon and Phyllis aren’t fully convinced to blame Alan but decide to delve deeper into the case as a team.
Alan is none other than Martin Laurent, the mastermind who orchestrated the kidnapping. In the previous episodes, Traci found a suspicious message on Alan’s name concerning his identity. The message read, “Security breach at clinic. Precautions enacted.” However, he cooks up a lie that he did not check his phone due to fear of it getting hacked. While he manages to get his phone back from Tracey, she catches his lie as he texted her earlier. Nevertheless, Alan diverted the topic by talking about their wedding plans.
The spoilers for April 8, 2025, also showed Jack sharing all the evidence related to Alan and Martin Laurent with Ashley Abbott. Soon, Traci sends an SOS as Alan shows up at her suite, leaving Jack and Ashley concerned for her life. The duo is suspicious of the dangerous Martin and decides to protect Traci at all costs. Meanwhile, Sharon and Phyllis’ bond is growing stronger in their investigation of their tormentor.
It will be interesting to see if the two women will be able to solve the kidnapping case or if it will continue to get complicated for them.
