90 Day: The Last Resort star Jasmine Pineda has welcomed a new baby with Matthew (Matei) Branistareanu AKA Matt Branis and named her Matilda, but despite her announcing the big news, fans remain confused about little Matty’s birthday. Jasmine was a mom to two sons named JC and Juance when she met Gino Palazzolo on a dating website. None of Jasmine’s sons lived with her. Juance lived with his biological father, who was Jasmine’s first ex-husband, and JC, who was born with special needs, lived with Jasmine’s mother in the countryside.
Jasmine had vouched to bring Juance and JC with her to America, but Gino made a mistake while filling up Jasmine’s K-1 visa form. Gino wanted kids of his own with Jasmine. After much reluctance, she agreed to have Gino’s baby, and the couple announced it with great fanfare at their wedding in June 2023. Jasmine announced she was pregnant during the Last Resort Tell All part 1 for the TV audience. Since Jasmine was already filming Between The Sheets sometime in October 2024, her co-stars already knew she was pregnant. Jasmine was showing in these episodes in her red bodycon dress as she sat on the couch. Some eagle-eyed fans were certain that Jasmine was pregnant then, but they got confirmation with her February 18, 2025, post where Jasmine revealed she was expecting with Matt. However, Jasmine did not reveal when she was due or how many months pregnant she was.

Jasmine was asked to share details of her pregnancy during the Tel All. However, she was upfront about not wanting to reveal much. Jasmine said that her family had superstitions. As a family, they choose not to say how long someone has been pregnant or reveal the gender. Only people in the “super inner circle” would know about a particular pregnancy in Jasmine’s family. In that case, Jasmine may have informed her new “family” consisting of Gino’s cousin Dana and his wife Michelle and Jasmine’s immigration lawyer and her co-star Nikki Exotica, who are the baby’s godmothers.

Clues That Jasmine Was Pregnant In March-April 2024
Those watching 90 Day: The Last Resort came across certain clues that suggested Jasmine was pregnant when the show was filmed. 90 Day Sherry on Facebook noticed that in Episode 17, Peace at Last, while the rest of Jasmine’s castmates celebrated with alcoholic drinks during their toast, she opted for a soda instead. In a different scene, Jasmine had her wine glass filled with soda instead of alcohol. When she was shown holding a champagne glass in a different scene, Jasmine put the glass to her mouth but never drank a drop.
Jasmine Wanted A Stress-Free Pregnancy
The strange part is that The Last Resort was filmed in March- April 2024. Considering it’s been a full year since then, Jasmine should have welcomed her baby by September-October last year. However, Jasmine posted the news about her baby’s arrival on April 9, 2025. The post is filled with comments from fans congratulating Jasmine, but it also has some mean messages for Jasmine’s baby. For instance, even Jasmine’s co-star Florian Sukaj has poked fun at Jasmine’s child by commenting, “@gpalazz2 congratulation to your stepson.”

When Did Jasmine Give Birth To Matty?
Jasmine’s baby announcement didn’t have any details about when or where the baby was born. Fans do not know how big Matilda was upon her birth or her exact birthday yet. However, Jasmine’s photographer, saraannphoto posted and deleted an album showing Jasmine giving birth (via Shabooty), and in the caption, they mentioned that Jasmine had her baby “three weeks ago.” In that case, Matilda was born sometime in March 2025. However, it still doesn’t explain the theories about her not drinking alcohol at 90 Day: The Last Resort.
