Netmarble and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment have announced the release date for Game of Thrones: Kingsroad. Players excited for the action-adventure RPG based on the hit fantasy franchise will not have to wait too long to play the upcoming game.

When is the Game of Thrones: Kingsroad release date?

Game of Thrones: Kingsroad is coming to PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, as well as all mobile platforms, on May 21. Players looking forward to the RPG can check out a new trailer below.

“Game of Thrones: Kingsroad is Netmarble’s upcoming action-adventure RPG officially licensed by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment on behalf of HBO,” reads the game’s description. “Fans of the HBO Original drama series Game of Thrones will be able to explore the seven kingdoms that make up Westeros in the game’s vast open world, discovering vivid landscapes, massive cities, backwater towns, untamed wilderness, and the uncompromising lives of the people that inhabit them.”

“Players can freely roam iconic regions, such as ‘King’s Landing’ — the capital of the continent of Westeros, the stronghold ‘Castle Black’ located at the Wall, ‘Highgarden’ basking in its warm climate, and the massive icy ‘Wall’ that stretches along the northern border of the Kingdom of the North,” continues the description. “Through exploration, players will encounter familiar characters from the series on a truly immersive journey through Westeros.”

Players who just cannot wait to play Game of Thrones: Kingsroad are in luck. The game is currently available as an early access title on Steam in three different packages. The Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate Packs cost $24.99, $49.99, and $89.99, respectively. Each comes with several different bonuses that fans of the franchise would like.
