In recent episodes, Liam grew increasingly disturbed by his father Bill Spencer Jr.’s decision to get the dangerous Luna out of prison. He confronted Bill at the Spencer mansion, demanding answers that Bill failed to provide. Liam warned him about the dangers of protecting a psychopathic killer and blamed him for the toll it had taken on their family. He even threatened to leave the company and stormed out of the house.
As Bill walked out, Liam’s condition worsened. He lost consciousness and hit his head on the coffee table. Although he regained his footing and tried to leave the house, he grew dizzy near the front door and collapsed again, hitting his head on the doorstep. Steffy soon arrived to confront Bill and was shocked to find Liam unconscious.
Steffy immediately called for help, and paramedics rushed Liam to the hospital. The doctor found that his heartbeat had stopped. Medical staff quickly moved him to the operating theatre and diagnosed him with an intracranial hemorrhage. Surgeons then performed an emergency operation to stabilize him.
The recent twist had fans worried that Liam might be declared dead due to the life-threatening brain injury.
