Welcome to Wrexham is the FX docuseries show centered around Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney as they run the football club Wrexham A.F.C. The show originally premiered in August 2024.

Welcome to Wrexham Season 4 will premiere on FX on May 15, 2025, at 9 p.m. ET/PT with two episodes. They will be available to watch on Hulu the following day, with the new season having 10 episodes in total.

Welcome to Wrexham Season 4 will “continue to follow Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds as they navigate running the 3rd oldest professional football club in the world,” per Deadline. “It also tracks the dreams and worries of Wrexham, a working-class city in North Wales, UK, as two Hollywood stars guide the future of their historic Club.”
The show is executive produced by McElhenney, Reynolds, Josh Drisko, Bryan Rowland, Jeff Luini, Ker, Nick Frenkel, George Dewey, Andrew Fried, Dane Lillegard, Sarina Roma, and Andy Thomas. More Better Productions, Maximum Effort Productions, 3 Arts Entertainment, and Boardwalk Pictures are the producers.
Welcome to Wrexham has received much critical acclaim since its release. It’s won numerous accolades, including eight Primetime Emmy Awards and two Critics’ Choice Television Awards. Welcome to Wrexham Season 2 premiered in September 2023, while Season 3 then arrived in May 2024.
“Wrexham AFC has exceeded all expectations on the pitch and with fans, scoring back-to-back promotions under the leadership of Rob and Ryan and rising to compete in League One next season,” FX Entertainment’s Nick Grad said, via Deadline, when the show was renewed for a fourth season. “Welcome to Wrexham is scoring big too, winning five Emmy Awards and a fourth season that will continue to document the team’s remarkable journey and its impact on the Wrexham community and growing legion of fans worldwide.”
The first three seasons of Welcome to Wrexham are currently available to stream on Hulu.
