The Alto Knights Digital, Blu-ray, & DVD Release Dates Set for Robert De Niro Movie
Warner Bros. Discovery has officially set The Alto Knights digital, Blu-ray, and DVD release dates for the movie featuring Robert De Niro in two roles.
When is The Alto Knights digital, Blu-ray, and DVD release dates?
The Alto Knights will release first on digital platforms on April 11, 2025. These include a variety of different storefronts, including Prime Video, Apple TV, Fandango at Home, and more.
After the digital release, The Alto Knights will be available to own on Blu-ray and DVD beginning on May 27, 2025. The film’s home release will also include a featurette titled “One Legend, Two Mobsters” that documents De Niro’s roles in the movie, as well.
“The film follows two of New York’s most notorious organized crime bosses, Frank Costello (De Niro) and Vito Genovese (De Niro), as they vie for control of the city’s streets. Once the best of friends, petty jealousies and a series of betrayals place them on a deadly collision course that will reshape the Mafia (and America) forever,” the synopsis reads.
De Niro plays both Vito Genovese and Frank Costello in the film. The cast also includes Debra Messing, Kathrine Narducci, Cosmo Jarvis, Michael Rispoli, Michael Adler, Ed Amatrudo, Joe Bacino, Anthony J. Gallo, Wallace Langham, Louis Mustillo, Frank Piccirillo, Matt Servitto, and Robert Uricola (“Raging Bull”).
Barry Levinson serves as director for the film. The script for the movie was written by Nicholas Pileggi, while Irwin Winkler, Jason Sosnoff, Levinson, Charles Winkler, and David Winkler serve as producers and Mike Drake as an executive producer.
