As such, Law & Order: Organized Crime hasn’t been renewed for a sixth season yet, and it will likely take a while for the order to come down from NBC. In previous years, the show was renewed alongside SVU and the flagship series, but that trend is a lot less certain since the show jumped to Peacock. This change of venue also saw Organized Crime miss its fall premiere window, and it came in as a midseason addition in early 2025.

Likewise, the possibility of a crossover with Stabler’s close friend and former co-worker Olivia Benson (played by Mariska Hargitay) is one of the big selling points for the series. Organized Crime has also added Dean Norris as Stabler’s brother, Randall, and there’s no reason to think he won’t be back.

Though each season employs a new roster of guest stars to flesh out the cast, Stabler’s team has remained consistent over the years.
